SUPERPLASTICISER HIGH RANGE WATER REDUCING
Rockmax KAZ6000 is chloride free, high range water reducing concrete admixture. Its formulated from selected modified polymers specially designed to dispersing cement particle in concrete mix results in good flowing concrete, high early and ultimate strength.
Rockmax KAZ6000 conforms to ASTM C494 as type A and type F.

HIGH PERFORMANCE RETARDING AND PLASTICISING CONCRETE
Rockmax KAZ418 is a brown liquid plasticiser and retarding concrete admixture. It use effectively in ready mixed concrete plants. Its provide mid range water reduction from 12%-18% and delay setting time of concrete mix. The material is formulated by synthetic raw material and modified lignosulphonate materials under quality control conditions.
Rockmax KAZ418 conform to ASTM C494 as type B and type D.

CEMENTITIOUS SELF LEVELLING SUBFLOOR
Rockmax Level N11 is a single component thin layer, smooth, self levelling and free flowing cementitious compound subfloor. It is designed for rigid and hard underlayment such as concrete, screed, mortar. The material comprise of selected grade filler, high grade cement and special additive. The mixed material provides free flowing and self levelling mortar. It can be applied up to 3-5mm thickness.
Rockmax Level N11 is used to levelling the uneven surface from 3-5mm thickness prior to received floor covering such as vinyl tiles, ceramic tiles, timer floors, carpets, parquet floors, access floors or membranes.
The surface of substrate must be sound, clean and free from dust, oil, grease, paints and all contaminants on the floor. It is recommended to increase adhesion by mechanical means method such as grinding, light scrabbling. Concrete substrate must be at least 28 days old minimum 1.5 N/mm 2 tensile strength. All cracks, voids, holes must be repair prior to apply material. Small trial areas must be test the adhesion prior apply the whole floor area.
Apply Primer use Rockmax Level Primer and apply on substrate such as concrete or cement screed.
Mixer must be low speed drill (500rpm) with steel paddle. Measure clean water between 5.20 – 5.80 litre for 25kg bag and put into the bucket. Pour material in to the bucket and mix by electrical mixer. Mix for 3 minute until homogeneous. Recheck the mixed material is consistent in color and mortar. The material is ready to pour.
Pour the material on the primed subfloors. Use steel trowel to spread the material. The material will flow within workin g time approximate 20 minute and keep checking the thickness of subfloor by gauge. Use spike roller to remove air bubble immediately. The high ambient temperature (above 35ºC) environment, must be use cool water and work in shade area.
No need special curing method. Protect the applied area from wind, moisture, water and sunlight. Do not foot traffic before 4 hours.

LIQUID FLOOR HARDENER
Rockmax Nex L is a liquid type floor hardener and sealer. The cured product forms a hard wearing surface including with dust proof surface.
Rockmax Nex L can be used for old and new concrete floors. The application areas include car parks, warehouses, laboratories, etc.
Concrete surface must be clean, sound and dry. Free from oil, dust, cement paste, laitance, mould oil and any particles. Concrete must be at least 28 days old.
Apply Rockmax Nex L by spray direct to the concrete surface. Use plastic brush to spread the material over the surface areas. The minimum 2 coats is required.
Curing by moist. Spray water similar as concrete curing.

ผงปูนฟลอฮาร์ดสำหรับขัดผิวแกร่ง ชนิดไม่มีผงเหล็ก
Rockmax Nex คือผงปูนฟลอฮาร์ดสำหรับขัดพื้นแกร่ง ชนิดไม่มีผงโลหะผสมอยู่ ในผงปูนฟลอฮาร์ดมีส่วนประกอบ ของวัสดุหยาบ หรือมวลหยาบที่มีความแข็ง ในการเพิ่มความแกร่งให้กับผิวหน้า เมื่อติดตั้งเรียบร้อย จะทนทานต่อการเสียดสี และขีดข่วน มีหลายสีให้เลือก เช่น เทา เขียว แดง เหลือง เป็นต้น
คอนกรีตที่จะขัดผิวปูนฟลอฮาร์ดควรมีอัตราส่วนปูนอย่างน้อย 300 กิโลกรัม ต่อลูกบาศก์เมตร และเป็นคอนกรีต ที่ไม่มีการลอยน้ำที่ผิวหน้า (Bleeding) การแบ่งชั้นของมวลหยาบ (Aggregation) คอนกรีตที่จะทำการขัดปูนฟลอฮาร์ดนั้น ต้องอยู่ในช่วงพลาสติก (ประมาณ 2-3 ชั่วโมง หลังจากเทคอนกรีต) แต่ยังไม่แข็งตัวทั้งหมด พื้นผิวต้องได้ระดับที่ต้องการ คอนกรีตควรมีค่ายุบตัว (Slump) ในช่วง 75-100 มิลลิเมตร
ทำการตรวจสอบเครื่องมือและอุปกรณ์ที่จะใช้ผสม มีความพร้อมที่จะใช้งาน เครื่องผสมต้องเป็นสว่านผสมที่มีอัตราความเร็วรอบประมาณ 400-500 rpm ใบกวนต้องเป็นใบกวนสำหรับผสมซีเมนต์เท่านั้น ตวงน้ำประมาณ 3.5 ลิตร สำหรับการผสม 1 ถุง (25 กิโลกรัม) ทำการผสมด้วยเครื่องผสมเป็นเวลา 3 นาที ตรวจสอบเนื้อวัสดุเข้ากันได้ดี
1. เลือกอัตราการใช้ที่เหมาะสมกับพื้นที่ใช้งาน และตามจุดประสงค์ที่ต้องการ
2. โรยผงปูนประมาณ 50% – 70% ของปริมาณที่ต้องใช้ รอให้คอนกรีตดูดซับผงปูนทั้งหมด จึงทำการขัด (ด้วยมือหรือเครื่องตามแต่ขนาดพื้นที่)
3. โรงผงปูนที่เหลือ หลังจากการขัดครั้งแรก คอนกรีตจะดูดซึม และทำการขัดทิศทางเดียวกันครั้งแรก
4. บริเวณรอยต่อ มุมรอยต่อ พื้นชั้น ผนังชั้น ควรขัดด้วยความระมัดระวัง และสม่ำเสมอ
5. ทำการบ่มผิวหน้า แบบเดียวกับผิวคอนกรีต

EPOXY PRIMER FOR STEEL
Rockmax Supercote PS is a two components polyamide for protect metal and steel from rust.
Primer for Rockmax Supercote 1 & 3 coating on steel and metal.
Sound and clean steel surface. Make sure no rust and dust on the surface.
Mix part A and part B approximate 3 minutes until homogeneous using electric mixer (400-500 rpm).
Apply by brush or roller on the prepared surface.
Clean all tools and equipments immediately with acetone, xylene, thinner or solvent.

Rockmax Supercote P is two components solvent based epoxy clear primer and surface treatment to porous concrete.
Primer for Rockmax Supercote coating on concrete substrate walls and floors.
Concrete must be sound, clean and free from cement paste, dust, dirt and any other contaminants. Concrete must be at least 28 days and minimum Compressive strength 25N/mm2 and minimum tensile strength (pull off) at 1.5 N/mm2. The concrete moisture content must less than 4%.
Mix part A and part B approximate 3 minutes until homogeneous using electric mixer (400-500 rpm).
Apply by brush or roller on the prepared surface.
Clean all tools and equipments immediately with acetone, xylene, thinner or solvent.

WATER DISPERSED EPOXY COATING
Rockmax Supercote 5 is a water dispersed two component epoxy resin coating system. Design for durable coating for walls and floors include can be applied on damp surface. Ideal for use as coating where solvent based material are not allowed.
Concrete must be sound, clean and free from cement paste, dust, dirt and any other contaminants. Concrete must be at least 28 days and minimum Compressive strength 25N/mm2 and minimum tensile strength (pull off) at 1.5 N/mm2. Pre wet surface if necessary.
Dilute Rockmax Supercote 5 with 10% clean water to help good penetration for concrete substrate. Apply by roller or brush and wait 24 hours until dry.
Mix part A and part B approximate 3 minutes until homogeneous using electric mixer (400-500 rpm).
Apply by brush or roller on the prepared surface. Wait until dry 24 hours prior to apply second coat and third coat.
Protect applied area from foot traffic at approximate 24 hours and fully cure in 5 days.
Clean all tools and equipments immediately with clean water.

SOLVENT FREE EPOXY COATING
Rockmax Supercote 3 is two components solvent free epoxy coating. Its design for medium chemical and mechanical resistance. When cured it formed Good texture finished, seamless and gloss.
Concrete must be sound, clean and free from cement paste, dust, dirt and any other contaminants. Concrete must be at least 28 days and minimum Compressive strength 25N/mm2 and minimum tensile strength (pull off) at 1.5 N/mm2. The concrete moisture content must less than 4%.
Apply Rockmax Supercote P prior to apply body coat. For steel structure, please contact Rockmax for further information.

Apply by brush or roller on the prepared surface. Wait until dry 24 hours prior to apply second coat.
